How To Make This Ghost Paper Plate Craft

1. Cut the paper plate in half.

2. Draw a ghost face on the paper plate with the black marker.

3. Cut 4-5 streamers. They can be any length you’d like. I cut mine about 10 inches long.

4. Glue the streamers to the back of the paper plate.

5. Cut a piece of string. Glue it in a loop on the back of the paper plate.
