Materials
- Sponge
- Green paint
- Brown paint
- Red paint (or assorted colors)
- Cotton swabs
- White or light-colored construction paper
- Scissors
- Paintbrush
Instructions
- Cut a Christmas tree shape out of a sponge using scissors.
- Use a paintbrush to cover the sponge with green paint. Add brown paint to the bottom for the tree trunk.
- Press the sponge onto a sheet of paper to create a Christmas tree stamp.
- Repeat to make as many trees as desired.
- Allow the paint to dry completely.
- Dip a Q-tip into red paint and stamp dots onto the trees to create ornaments. Use different colors to decorate each tree if desired.
