Materials
½ cup warm water
½ cup clear school glue
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon contact solution (containing boric acid and sodium borate)
Yellow food coloring
Clean LEGO bricks (for mixing in and playing)
Instructions
Pour the warm water and clear school glue into a bowl. Stir until well combined.
Add the baking soda and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the contact solution.
Stir in 1-2 drops of yellow food coloring until you reach your desired shade.
Stir continuously. The slime will begin to pull away from the sides of the bowl
Knead the slime with your hands for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes smooth and stretchy. If it’s still sticky, add a few extra drops of contact solution.
Fold clean LEGO bricks into the slime or use them to stamp patterns, build shapes, and create fun sensory textures during play.
