Instructions
- Cut a piece of construction paper to fit around each toilet paper roll.
- Wrap the construction paper around the toilet paper rolls and glue it in place.
- Cut out fun monster details, such as spots.
- Glue the details onto the toilet paper rolls.
- Glue the two toilet paper rolls together side by side.
- Add pipe cleaners and pom poms to give your monsters silly features.
- Use a marker to draw the monster’s eyes.
- Glue a piece of string to the inside of each toilet paper roll, connecting the two rolls so they can hang around the child’s neck.
