How To Make This Pumpkin Pie Paper Plate Craft
1. Paint the entire paper plate orange. Let it dry completely before moving on.
2. Cut out small rectangles from the brown construction paper. You need enough to cover the outside edge of the paper plate.
3. Glue the rectangles to the outside of the paper plate to look like the pie crust.
4. Glue the pom poms or cotton balls to the middle of the paper plate for the whipped cream.
