Materials
- Paper Plate
- Googly Eyes (2)
- Orange Construction Paper
- Any color construction paper (for the scarf)
- 4- black pom poms
- Pipe cleaner (in any color)
- Large pom poms (2 of the same color)
- Glue
- Scissors
Instructions
- Cut a triangular carrot shaped nose from the orange construction paper. The nose can be small or large, depending on how you want your snowman to look.
- Glue the nose to the middle of the paper plate.
- Above the nose, glue two googly eyes.
- Glue the black pom poms in a smile underneath the nose.
- Glue the pipe cleaner to the edge of the paper plate on top to look like the headpiece of earmuffs.
- Glue two large pom poms to the tips of the pom poms to complete the earmuffs.
- Cut a small rectangular piece out of the colored construction paper. Only cut it to the width of the paper plate. Then, cut two smaller rectangular pieces.
- On the small rectangular pieces, add small cuts to the bottom to resemble a fringe.
- Glue the large rectangular piece to the bottom of the paper plate.
- Glue the two smaller pieces to the large piece to complete the scarf. You can glue them to the front or the back for a cleaner look.
