Materials
- Orange and black construction paper
- Scissors
- White paint
- Paintbrush
- Ribbon

Instructions
- Paint the popsicle stick white.
- Let the popsicle stick dry completely before moving on to the next step.
- Cut a small triangle from the orange construction paper for the nose. Glue it on to the popsicle stick.
- Use the black marker to draw on two eyes and a smile under the nose.
- Cut a short piece of ribbon. Glue the middle of the ribbon to the back of the popsicle stick. Wrap the ribbon around the front to create the scarf and glue it.
- Glue buttons underneath the scarf.
- Cut out a top hat out of the black construction paper. Use the white marker to draw a band across the hat.
- Glue the hat to the top of the popsicle stick.
- Cut a small piece of twine. Make a loop with the twine and glue the ends to the back of the popsicle stick.
