Materials
Paper or cardstock
Black paint
Paintbrush
Glue
Googly Eyes (2 large, 6 small)
Black Marker
White Marker
Instructions
Paint the child’s hand black, excluding the thumb.
Press the handprint toward the top middle of the paper.
Turn the paper sideways.
Paint the hand again and repeat, pressing this handprint on the opposite side of the paper. Make sure they are connected. Place the palm on top of the palm print already on the paper.
Let the handprints dry completely before moving on.
Glue two big googly eyes in the center of the spider.
Glue six small googly eyes underneath the big ones.
Use the white marker to draw a smile under the eyes.
Use a black marker to draw a line from the top of the page to the spider.
Decorate the page with mini spiders using the black and white markers.
