Secure the yarn: Cut a small slit in one of the star’s corners. Slide the end of the yarn into the slit to hold it in place.
Wrap the star: Begin wrapping the yarn around the star in different directions. Continue wrapping until most of the cardboard is covered with yarn.
Add the shooting tail: Cut the yellow streamers into long strips.
Attach the streamers: Tie or glue the streamer strips to the back of the star, positioning them so they extend out from one side to create the look of a shooting star.
Trim and finish: Trim the streamers to your desired length.
