Spider Headband
Use construction paper to make this adorable spider headband that kids can wear on Halloween!

Materials
- Black construction paper
- Orange construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Black marker
Instructions
- Make the headband: Cut two wide strips of black construction paper. Glue the ends together to create one long strip.
- Fit the headband: Wrap the strip around the child’s head to measure the correct size. Trim any excess paper, then glue the ends together to form the headband. Make sure it fits comfortably.
- Make the eyes: Cut two circles from orange construction paper. Use a black marker to draw a pupil in the center of each eye.
- Add the eyes: Glue the orange eyes onto the front of the headband.
- Make the spider legs: Cut eight thin strips of black construction paper. Fold one end of each strip over to create a small tab.
- Attach the legs: Add glue to the folded tabs and attach four legs to each side of the headband. Allow the glue to dry.
- Shape the legs: Fold the free ends of the strips to give the spider legs a bent shape.
